INFO AND FAQ'S

Location, Opening and Closing Times

Saturday 12th July 2025:

Location: The Barley Mow, Selmeston, Polegate, East Sussex, BN26 6UE

Gate Opens at: 1pm

Last Entry at: 5.30pm

Transport

Parking: Faith In a Field is a no car event, and there is no parking nearby. Please do not attempt to drive as your vehicle will be turned away. There is a limited amount of space for pickup and drop off, so please bear this in mind; we would highly recommend purchasing our shuttle bus ticket option.

The festival site is situated on a very busy main road. Please do not drop off on the wrong side of the road (again this will be controlled) If you're coming from Brighton please continue round the Alfriston roundabout to ensure you are on the right side of the road to be dropped off.

Buses: We have a number of shuttle bus ticket options when purchasing a ticket (we would highly recommend this option). We have three options for pickups: Brighton Old Steine coach layby, Lewes train station and the Royal Victoria Hotel car park in Hastings. Both sites will be clearly marked, and please ensure you are there 15-20 minutes prior to pickup. Tickets are sold by allocated bus leaving times, so please pick according to your preference.

Return coaches will commence from 10:15pm to take you back to your pickup point.

Taxis: We strongly disencourage this option as there is no parking anywhere nearby (there will be controls in place to prevent this). However, we have very limited tickets available for taxis and ubers for people not living in Brighton or Hastings, but please consider pre-booking a taxi home. Here are some local taxi companies to enquire with if necessary:

  • Polegate Station Taxis - 01323 728728
  • Taxi Eastbourne 720 - 01273 720720
  • GM Taxis Lewes - 01273 477567

If you do need to make your own way to the festival, our recommendation would be to still purchase a bus ticket, as you would then be able to make your own way to the site, but on the way back you can use our buses to get back to Brighton or Hastings, which would be a much safer and smoother option.

OUR VISION

Our goal is to create a high-end boutique day festival that seamlessly blends dining, drinking, and dancing. We've got a stellar lineup for our first event with the amazing Faith crew, who are revered internationally through their partnership with Defected Records, plus our special guest Luke Una, a pioneering artist who has played at the likes of Glastonbury, Houghton and Warehouse Project. The addition of a dedicated 'Soul Stage' ensures a diverse musical lineup, catering to various tastes and preferences, alongside our Balearic chillout area, located within the pub itself.

To add to our unique experience, we want to offer a diverse range of bar areas for our visitors to enjoy, such as a Spanish wine and Jamon bar, an artisan cocktail bar, and an all-rounded food offering such as gourmet fried chicken from the Bok Shop, a BBQ grill hut in our white garden, and a Sussex hog roast & cider bar. For those wanting to take some time to unwind, we will also have a vintage market stall area, made up of local artists and sellers. A truly great day out, with something for everyone.
